Studio S
In 2023, the idea for a book of my own emerged. What started as a way to record recipes and stories evolved during the process into the conviction that this should not be a one-off publication.
The development led to the establishment of Studio S in 2026 — a project and publishing house where culinary books are developed and published. With the first publication Spetters — Shaped by Time.
Studio S operates from the premise that a cookbook can be more than a collection of recipes. It's a way to make ideas, craftsmanship, memories, and a unique vision tangible. Therefore, we don't just bring together dishes, but also stories, photography, design, and everything that gives a culinary project character.
The first book formed the starting point, but ambition stretches further. Studio S was founded with the intention of releasing multiple titles and creating space for new culinary stories, creators and collaborations.
A culinary studio where flavour, substance, and form come together.
